PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Oversee all aspects of multiple locations and brands within an assigned market of 6 to 8 stores.
Lead teams to execute a high-performing sales culture focused on People, Interaction, Presentation, and Execution, aimed at delivering a positive customer experience, increasing sales, and controlling expenses.
Build successful teams through strategic selection, training, and development.




Supervise merchandising direction and operational activities; ensure asset protection and compliance with company policies and procedures.
EXTENDING BRAND REACH:
Maintain a genuine customer-first approach and align merchandise with company standards.
Ensure visual presentation and merchandising meet company standards.
Promote a culture of customer service through the Behavior Pyramid: People, Interaction, Presentation, and Execution.
Execute visual standards, signage, promotions, and in-store setups.
Use company tools to audit, train, and coach store teams.
Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly district.
Foster a positive work environment through recognition and motivation.
SUPERVISORY / BUDGET / EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly supervise 6 to 8 Store Managers and ultimately oversee all operations within those stores.
