You will advise HR and stakeholders on employee relations, policy interpretation, hiring, discipline, and separations.
In this role, you will analyze evolving labor laws, support integral HR centers of excellence, draft and revise employment documents, and assist with corporate transactions and investigations.
On-site work in Ciudad Juarez or Troy is required.
