About the Role The Dropship Manager owns the dropship business end to end for both Pro Standard and Off-White — which partners we pursue, what terms we agree to, how they are onboarded, what they are offered, and whether each account actually makes money.
The role is equally commercial and operational: you negotiate with buyers, model the economics behind the deal, and then make sure the product is set up correctly and selling on the partner's site.
The two brands are at different stages.
Pro Standard dropship already runs across fourteen live retail partners, but it grew opportunistically — terms vary from one account to the next and assortments have largely been built one file at a time.
Off-White is earlier, with its first partners coming live now.
This is a build role: you are here to turn both into channels that grow deliberately.
This role operates in an AI-forward environment where agents and tools like Claude are used every day to accelerate execution — comfort with AI-assisted workflows is essential.
