Carrier is seeking a Staff Engineer in Modeling & Controls for onsite work in Santa Catarina, NL, Mexico.
You will lead small, globally distributed teams to design, implement, and verify production-ready control systems for HVAC and refrigeration applications.
You will develop physics-based plant models, perform system identification, and drive architecture decisions across modules, using MATLAB/Simulink and other tools.
Strong collaboration and hands-on testing are essential.
