We're looking for a leader who makes that excellence their signature.What you'll be doing:- Leading all engineering and maintenance operations across the club- Designing preventive maintenance programs that ensure the longevity of every asset- Overseeing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems- Managing departmental budgets and vendor relationships- Training, mentoring, and growing a top-tier technical team- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standardsWe'd love to meet you if you have:- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil,



or related field); a Master's is a plus- 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in engineering or facilities management, ideally in luxury hospitality, resorts, or private clubs- Solid expertise in preventive maintenance, utilities management, and energy efficiency- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach- Fluency in English and SpanishBaja California | Reports to the General ManagerIf leading the operational backbone of a club that redefines luxury excites you, we'd love to talk.
