PROFILE DEFINITIONTo lead the design, development, and integration of Interior Instrument Panel (IP) systems and Cross-Car Beam (CCB) architectures with a specialized focus on HVAC integration, ensuring optimal packaging, functionality, and performance.
This role drives innovation in cockpit systems, ducting solutions, and interior components while aligning with vehicle-level requirements for safety, ergonomics, and manufacturability.TECHNICAL SKILLS- 5y+ years of automotive/commerical vehicle engineering experience within HVAC and Interior Instrument Panel- Experience in systems and Cross-Car Beam (CCB) architectures- 3y+ CAD experience (CATIA 3Dx, 3D Expereince or V5)- GD&T; and tolerance analysis- DFMA & Serviceability principlesRESPONSIBILITIES- Define component and system engineering requirements.




- Create and develop engineering designs and concepts.
- Perform packaging, tolerance, and feasibility studies.
- Develop CAD models, drawings, and engineering releases.
- Support CAE, prototype builds, testing, Sourcing and validation activities.
- Resolve design, manufacturing, quality, and launch issues.
- Collaborate with Internal cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Manage engineering changes and documentation.
- Proven background in concept-to-production vehicle development and problem-solvingLanguage: English C1Working Arrangement: RemoteWorking hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
