Position SummaryThe HR Business Partner (HRBP), Mexico serves as the strategic people partner to the Mexico Commercial GM and Mexico Leadership Team.
The role translates business priorities into workforce, organization, talent, leadership, culture and compensation actions that enable business growth and performance.
The HRBP leads and develops the Mexico HR Generalists and partners closely with HR Operations, T&OC; and the regional RPO to ensure strong local execution, consistent employee support and compliance with Mexican employment requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business PartnershipServe as the primary HR advisor to the Mexico Commercial GM and leadership team.Participate in business reviews, operating plans, workforce discussions and organization decisions.Translate business strategy into people, capability and organization priorities.Provide data-driven recommendations on productivity, engagement, organization health and leadership effectiveness.Workforce Planning and Organization EffectivenessLead annual and longer-range workforce planning for Mexico.Evaluate organization design, spans, layers, role clarity and accountability.Support growth, restructuring, integration and organization changes.Identify future workforce requirements, critical skills and capability gaps.Talent Management and SuccessionLead talent reviews and succession planning.Identify high-potential talent, critical-role successors and readiness gaps.Develop development and retention actions for key talent.Promote mobility within Mexico and across LAC.Partner with T&OC; on leadership development and capability building.Leadership Coaching and PerformanceCoach the Mexico leadership team on leadership, team effectiveness and people management.Guide performance differentiation,



development planning and difficult talent decisions.Support leadership transitions and onboarding of senior or critical hires.Employee Relations and CultureOversee employee-relations activities across Mexico.Guide HR Generalists through complex performance, conduct and disciplinary matters.Support or lead investigations and resolution of escalated concerns.Partner with Legal on high-risk cases and ensure consistent policy application.Drive engagement and reinforce an inclusive, accountable, high-performance culture.Compensation and RewardsOwn Mexico compensation files, merit analysis and compensation planning.Assess internal equity, market positioning and retention risk.Develop salary, promotion and critical-talent retention recommendations.Lead compensation discussions with business leaders.Provide approved changes to HR Shared Services for processing.Talent Acquisition PartnershipPartner with T&OC; and the regional RPO to define and execute recruiting priorities.Participate in selection for leadership, critical and high-impact roles.Review talent pipelines, hiring progress and workforce gaps with leaders.QualificationsBachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field; At least seven years of progressive HR experience, including meaningful HRBP or HR leadership experience.Experience supporting commercial, service, industrial or manufacturing organizations.Demonstrated success advising senior leaders and influencing business, organization and talent decisions.Strong experience in talent management, succession, workforce planning, employee relations and organization change.Working knowledge of Mexican employment practices and compliance requirements.Fluent Spanish and English required; Portuguese is an advantage.Critical CompetenciesBusiness acumen and commercial orientationStrategic workforce planningOrganization design and effectivenessTalent and succession managementLeadership coaching and executive presenceEmployee-relations judgment and risk managementCompensation analysis and internal-equity assessmentChange leadership and stakeholder influenceData-based decision-making and communicationPeople leadership and development of HR talent#J-*****-Ljbffr
