Job Title: Workday HCM Delivery Lead – PwCLocation: Mexico City or Remote within Mexico Seniority: ManagerAbout the role We are seeking a Workday HCM Delivery Lead to join PwC's Consulting team.
You will lead end-to-end Workday HCM programs, partnering with clients to deliver high-quality, business outcomes while guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring adherence to PwC's delivery methodology and quality standards.Key responsibilitiesLead full lifecycle Workday HCM projects (plan, design, build, test, deploy, hypercare) with scope, schedule, budget, and risk accountabilityFacilitate design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurationsOversee configuration, integrations, data conversion, testing strategy, cutover planning, and change managementCoordinate cross-functional teams (HCM, Integrations, Security, Reporting) and manage client stakeholders and steering committeesDrive quality assurance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement; enforce PwC delivery standards and controlsMentor and develop junior team members; contribute to knowledgeassets and acceleratorsSupport pre-sales activities (estimation, solutions, proposals, demos) as neededRequired qualifications5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience,
