\* Support training, induction, and professional development programs.
\* Identify training needs and maintain related records.
\* Maintain and update competency profiles, job descriptions, and training documentation.
\* Support compliance with ISO ****, NOMs, and internal HR procedures.
\* Provide personnel documentation and support during internal and external audits.
\* Promote employee development and a quality-oriented culture.
\* Collaborate with department leaders and employees on HR-related processes.Qualifications\* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology,



Administration, or related field.
\* Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
\* Intermediate–Advanced English (B2).
(Preferred) \* Knowledge of recruitment, training, and Quality Management Systems.
\* ISO **** knowledge or certification is desirable.
\* Strong communication, analytical, organizational, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
