We specialize heavily in staffing for personal injury law firms and are looking for a highly organized, confident Recruiting & Contractor Success Coordinator to join our operations team.
This is not simply a recruiting position.
You will help identify exceptional candidates, conduct initial interviews, maintain recruiting pipelines, and manage relationships with an assigned group of virtual contractors and clients.
We are looking for someone who can eventually take full ownership of the initial candidate screening process and confidently determine which candidates are ready to be presented for the next stage of consideration.What You'll DoRecruiting & HeadhuntingProactively source and headhunt qualified candidatesReview applications and resumesMaintain candidate pipelines for active positionsBuild a strong talent bench for frequently recruited positionsIdentify candidates whose experience closely matches client requirementsManage candidate activity and recruiting stages within GoHireFollow up with candidates throughout the recruiting processCandidate Interviews & ScreeningConduct structured first-round interviewsEvaluate candidates' relevant experience and technical knowledgeAssess English proficiency, communication skills and professionalismVerify availability,



work history and compensation expectationsDetermine whether candidates meet Get Linked Up's standards before advancingComplete candidate evaluation scorecards and provide clear hiring recommendationsCoordinate qualified candidates for subsequent interviewsContractor & Client SupportManage an assigned group of virtual contractorsConduct regular contractor check-insMonitor attendance and productivityCoordinate PTO, absences and schedule-related mattersAddress routine performance or communication concernsAssist with contractor onboardingMaintain communication with assigned clients regarding routine contractor mattersDocument concerns and elevate significant issues to management when necessaryWhat We're Looking ForPrevious recruiting, staffing, headhunting, HR, or talent-acquisition experienceExperience recruiting for U.S. personal injury law firms strongly preferredFamiliarity with PI positions such as Case Managers, Intake Specialists, Paralegals, Demand Writers, Medical Records/Bills Specialists and similar legal support roles is highly preferredExcellent spoken and written EnglishStrong interviewing skillsAbility to distinguish an exceptional candidate from someone who simply interviews wellProfessional and confident communicating with U.S.-based clientsHighly organized and comfortable managing several open positions simultaneouslyStrong follow-up and documentation habitsAbility to work independently and make sound decisionsExperience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS)Experience with GoHire is a plusExperience managing remote or international contractors is a plusSchedulePart-timeApproximately ***** hours per weekRemoteMust have significant availability during U.S. business hoursWho Will Succeed in This Role?
