There are many reasons to build your career at Carter's.PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:Oversee all aspects of multiple locations and brands within an assigned market of 6 to 8 stores.Lead teams to execute a high-performing sales culture focused on People, Interaction, Presentation, and Execution, aimed at delivering a positive customer experience, increasing sales, and controlling expenses.Build successful teams through strategic selection, training,



and development.Supervise merchandising direction and operational activities; ensure asset protection and compliance with company policies and procedures.EXTENDING BRAND REACH:Maintain a genuine customer-first approach and align merchandise with company standards.Ensure visual presentation and merchandising meet company standards.Promote a culture of customer service through the Behavior Pyramid: People, Interaction, Presentation, and Execution.Execute visual standards, signage, promotions, and in-store setups.Use company tools to audit, train, and coach store teams.Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly district.Foster a positive work environment through recognition and motivation.SUPERVISORY / BUDGET / EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITIES:Directly supervise 6 to 8 Store Managers and ultimately oversee all operations within those stores.
