Main Responsibilities:Quotation process:Reviews RFQs to confirm quote was set up as neededCompletes quote entry into the ENGEL quote system (eVIS)selects technical options modified per RFQRequests retrofit/reconfig.
pricing and timing via engineering and spare parts managers (as needed)Order process:Handle new orders, confirm purchase orders and partners, update terms, send trigger emails, and manage retrofit/reconfiguration entries.Update order progress, send confirmations and drawings, review calculations, and process order changes.Language RequirementsA strong command of English, Spanish is essential - both verbal and written.WHY ENGEL?
