Experience and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field (preferred).




Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the Maquiladora Industry.
Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications
SAP knowledge (materials and inventory modules).
Warehouse and inventory management and control.
Material planning and supply to production lines.
Management of internal logistics and materials KPIs.
Knowledge of FIFO, Kanban, cycle counts, and inventory control.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, and effective communication skills.
Knowledge of safety, quality, and continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO **** preferred).
