As an Oracle Manager Delivery AMS, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting group, specializing in consulting services for various business applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across Oracle applications to deliver impactful solutions.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.



You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of Oracle applications to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of Oracle applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver successful outcomes
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of business application consulting strategies
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business process modeling to enhance client service delivery
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality and meet project timelines
- Encouraging innovation and embracing emerging technologies to improve service offerings
- Mentoring team members to develop their skills and enhance their contributions
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders effectively

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
- Utilizing strategic questioning to drive business process improvements
