Job Description: **Job Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Maintenance & Facilities Manager** to lead maintenance operations, facility management, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment reliability, improving OEE, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring a safe and efficient manufacturing environment **What your background should look like** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field. + 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. + Strong knowledge of TPM, Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Predictive Maintenance (PdM). + Experience improving OEE, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency. + Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies. + Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Experience managing maintenance budgets and cross-functional teams. **Responsibilities** + Lead and continuously improve TPM programs. + Manage preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
