Job Description

We are looking for a creative, highly organized and insight-driven Marketing Manager to support the continued growth and positioning of Susurros del Corazón. The idóneo candidate has a strong understanding of luxury hospitality, a keen aesthetic eye and a passion for creating compelling, on-brand storytelling across digital, social, content and marketing channels.

The Marketing Manager will play a hands-on role in executing marketing initiatives across social media, PR, digital, content, partnerships and communications. This individual will work closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications, Auberge Collection Home Office teams, external agencies and key hotel departments to ensure marketing initiatives are thoughtfully executed, visually compelling and aligned with the unique spirit of Susurros del Corazón and Punta de Mita.

- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, website, PR and on-property channels.




- Write and edit copy for marketing campaigns, website content, email communications, social media and collateral.
- Support the execution of the social media strategy for Susurros del Corazón, working closely with the property’s social media contractor to curate and review content and ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Develop social media copy, content ideas and storylines across accommodations, culinary, wellbeing, experiences and residences.
- Maintain and organize the property’s photo, video and marketing asset libraries, ensuring assets are current, properly labeled and easily accessible.
- Keep key marketing collateral and resources up to date, including fact sheets, property guides, experience guides and promotional materials.
- Support the day-to-day maintenance of the Susurros del Corazón website and digital channels, ensuring content, imagery, experiences, offers and events are accurate and up to date.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Management to translate commercial priorities, need periods, seasonal offers and business objectives into coordinated marketing campaigns.
- Help identify relevant brands, creators and cultural partners aligned with the Susurros brand.
