We are partnering with a leading integral automotive manufacturer to identify a Plant Controller who will serve as a key business partner to plant leadership, driving financial performance, reporting accuracy, and operational decision-making.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 7-10 years of finance/accounting experience within manufacturing or automotive environments.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
- Experience supporting plant operations and presenting results to senior leadership.
- Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with plant leadership to achieve financial targets and forecasts.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting,



month-end closing, and financial reporting activities.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and controls.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, profitability, and operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic decision-making.
