WE ARE HIRING | Senior Planning Manager – General Logistics

Location: Querétaro

We are looking for a Senior Planning Manager to lead global supply chain planning, inventory optimization, logistics processes, and strategic initiatives across our global network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global inventory management and optimization

• Drive PFEP implementation and continuous improvement

• Manage logistics planning for NPI, ECM, EOP & EOL projects

• Standardize and optimize global planning processes

• Lead SAP MRP and master data governance

• Drive Demand Management, S&IOP; & MPS processes

• Optimize production planning and logistics operations

• Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics,



Business Administration or related field

• 8–10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics or related areas

• Strong experience in global operations

• Advanced knowledge of SAP MM, WM & MRP

• Experience with S&IOP;, MPS and master data governance

• Advanced Excel and data analytics tools such as Power BI / Tableau

• Advanced English

• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement
