As an Oracle Manager Release/Delivery AMS, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting team, specializing in consulting services for various business applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across Oracle applications to deliver impactful solutions.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients and team members, and uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the success of our firm.





Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of Oracle applications to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of Oracle applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver successful outcomes
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of business application consulting services
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business process modeling to enhance client service delivery
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality and timelines of deliverables
- Encouraging innovation and embracing emerging technologies to improve service offerings
- Mentoring team members to develop skills and enhance performance in client engagements
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders effectively

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Oracle E-Business Suite
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify system linkages and interactions
- Embracing emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency
