Were looking for a versatile Communications Specialist to join a general engineering and disaster management firm.

This is a generalist communications and design role for someone who enjoys variety and can move between projects without losing attention to detail.

What youll do

Design and format proposals, reports, brochures, and project sheets.
Create and improve PowerPoint presentations for executives, clients, and conferences.
Develop graphics, infographics, maps, diagrams, and event materials.
Support government and international funding proposals.
Create social media and email communications.
Update content in WordPress.
Proofread and edit English-language content.
Support communications materials during disaster response efforts.
Maintain brand consistency across communications and materials.

What were looking for





5+ years of experience in communications, graphic design, and document production.

Professional fluency in English all work is produced in English.
Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Advanced PowerPoint and Word skills.
Excellent attention to detail and visual judgment.

Ability to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines.
A broad portfolio demonstrating range and versatility.

Experience inengineering, architecture, construction, or humanitarian work is a plus.
