As an Oracle PMO - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the optimization of their operational efficiency by analyzing their needs and implementing Oracle software solutions. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver impactful results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while fostering a diverse and inclusive environment that contributes to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will craft and convey clear, engaging messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback. Your ability to direct teams through complexity, demonstrate composure in challenging situations, and initiate open coaching conversations will be crucial. You will deepen your skills with a focus on staying relevant, making difficult decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness, and modeling professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities





- Leading Oracle consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing Oracle software solutions
- Providing training and support for effective utilization of Oracle applications
- Managing stakeholder expectations and fostering client relationships
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of Oracle-based initiatives
- Utilizing technical skills in Oracle E-Business Suite and CRM to enhance client outcomes
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of scalable Oracle solutions
- Promoting innovative design and emerging technologies within Oracle projects
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to improve service delivery
- Directing teams through complex and uncertain situations with composure
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop team capabilities
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Leveraging Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM for client solutions
- Demonstrating skills in systems project management and enterprise integration
- Utilizing analytical thinking and strategic questioning in complex scenarios
