Vetta Mexico is looking for a proactive Human Resources Specialist with strong English communication skills and hands-on experience in recruitment, HR audits, performance management, and compensation planning.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to coordinating offers and onboarding.

• Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and attract qualified talent.

• Support internal and external HR audits, maintain accurate employee records, and follow up on corrective actions.

• Track and analyze HR KPIs, including turnover, absenteeism, time to hire, and recruitment costs.

• Support salary benchmarking, compensation reviews, and salary structures that promote fairness and market competitiveness.

• Coordinate performance reviews and help managers establish measurable employee goals.

• Support employee relations, training, and HR policy implementation.

• Coordinate with payroll and relevant teams to support compliance with Mexican labor requirements.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



Psychology, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.

• Strong spoken and written English—you should be comfortable participating in meetings and communicating with international colleagues.

• Professional fluency in Spanish.

• Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR audit preparation.

• Working knowledge of Mexican labor law, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR KPIs.

• Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze HR data.

• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
