We are partnering with a leading global automotive manufacturer to identify a Controlling Lead Specialist for its plant in Lerma, State of Mexico. This role will be responsible for cost controlling, inventory analysis, fixed assets management, CAPEX tracking, and financial reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in cost accounting, controlling, or manufacturing finance.
- Experience within automotive or manufacturing environments.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong Excel skills and ERP experience, preferably JD Edwards (JDE).
- Solid understanding of cost systems, inventory management, budgeting, and fixed assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update standard costs within the ERP system.




- Analyze inventory performance, BOM accuracy, and cost variances.
- Perform inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and month-end closing activities.
- Monitor actual expenses vs. budget and provide actionable analysis.
- Manage fixed asset capitalization, depreciation, additions, and disposals.
- Track CAPEX projects and maintain investment reporting.
- Support financial reporting and drive continuous process improvements.
