Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) | C-Level Executive Opportunity We are seeking an accomplished Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join the executive leadership team and lead the company’s marketing strategy through its next stage of growth. This is a C-level leadership position for an executive who can connect brand, commercial strategy, customer acquisition, market intelligence, and revenue generation. The CMO will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to define the company’s market positioning, accelerate growth, and build a high-performing marketing organization. Define and execute the company’s overall marketing and growth strategy. Translate business objectives into marketing initiatives that generate measurable revenue and market impact. Lead brand strategy, positioning, communications, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and demand generation. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitive activity, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. Build, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Manage the marketing budget and ensure clear accountability for ROI. Act as a senior ambassador for the company and its brand in the marketplace.



Establish KPIs and provide the CEO and leadership team with clear visibility into marketing performance and business impact. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. ~10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience , including significant experience in senior executive or C-level roles. ~ Proven track record developing and executing marketing strategies that have contributed directly to business growth and revenue. ~ Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing investment to measurable business results. ~ Experience leading teams, budgets, agencies, and complex cross-functional initiatives. ~ Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, brand development, customer acquisition, and market strategy. ~ Ability to operate effectively with CEOs, boards, investors, and senior executives. ~ We are looking for a business leader, not simply a marketing specialist —someone capable of shaping strategy, challenging conventional thinking, building a powerful brand, and turning marketing into a true engine of profitable growth.
