Position Summary

The Global Payroll Program is seeking a temporary contractor to provide hands-on systems and operational support across the general payroll environment. The role will support Workday and CloudPay activities related to payroll production, issue resolution, testing, configuration changes, and ongoing project work.

The contractor will work with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, IT, CloudPay, and other stakeholders to help resolve payroll system issues, and improve the stability of the Workday-to-CloudPay payroll process.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Workday and CloudPay activities for production operations.
- Troubleshoot payroll system, integration, and data issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors.
- Support Workday payroll-related configuration changes and CloudPay integration requirements.
- Assist with testing and validation of payroll system changes, integrations, and country enhancements.
- Support investigation and resolution of Workday-to-CloudPay interface issues, including data errors, reconciliation issues, and payroll-impacting defects.
- Work with payroll and HR stakeholders to document requirements, issues, decisions, and configuration changes.




- Support prioritized payroll system enhancements and backlog items.
- Identify recurring issues, dependencies, and risks and escalate them to the appropriate project or functional leads.
- Maintain documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Qualifications

Candidates should have hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM and third-party payroll integrations, preferably CloudPay, in a payroll implementation or production-support environment.

Experience with global or multi-country payroll is strongly preferred, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex payroll data and integration issues, support testing, and work effectively with payroll, HRIS, IT, and external vendors.

Experience with Workday PECI or similar payroll integration frameworks is preferred.
