HR Consultant, Mexico City

Role Description

The HR Consultant serves as a strategic and operational partner to people managers across the organization. This role is part of a centralized pool of HR professionals, designated to specific business/region/function, who collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and functional leaders to deliver consistent, high-impact HR support to designated segment, region and functional leaders. The HR Consultant plays a critical role in executing core HR processes, enabling leadership effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a matrixed or general organization.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive results.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to business goals.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
- Experience leading change management initiatives and fostering organizational agility.
- Proven ability to coach and develop talent across various functions and levels.

Manager Support & Coaching:





- Act as a trusted advisor to people managers, providing guidance on HR policies, tools, and best practices.
- Coach managers on handling employee relations, team dynamics, and performance challenges.

Performance & Talent Management:

•Support goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and year-end performance discussions to drive accountability and development.

Employee Relations (Tier 1):

- Address and resolve non-complex employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Escalate and collaborate on complex or high-risk matters with HR Strategic Advisors, Employee Relations, and Legal as needed.
- Support the execution of core HR processes including Reductions in Force (RIFs), offboarding, leave management, internal investigations, and compensation transactions.

System & Transactional Support:

- Support managers in executing job changes, promotions, and resolving HRIS/system-related issues (e.g., SuccessFactors).
- Ensure data integrity and timely processing of HR transactions.

Training & Enablement:

- Support the delivery of training sessions and toolkits to build manager capability in HR processes and systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR tools and resources.
