WE ARE HIRING | Senior Planning Manager – Global Logistics

Location: Querétaro

We are looking for a Senior Planning Manager to lead general supply chain planning, inventory optimization, logistics processes, and strategic initiatives across our global network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead global inventory management and optimization
- Drive PFEP implementation and continuous improvement
- Manage logistics planning for NPI, ECM, EOP & EOL projects
- Standardize and optimize global planning processes
- Lead SAP MRP and master data governance
- Drive Demand Management, S&IOP; & MPS processes
- Optimize production planning and logistics operations
- Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics,



Business Administration or related field
- 8–10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics or related areas
- Strong experience in global operations
- Advanced knowledge of SAP MM, WM & MRP
- Experience with S&IOP;, MPS and master data governance
- Advanced Excel and data analytics tools such as Power BI / Tableau
- Advanced English
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement
