Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | C-Level Executive Opportunity

Be the Financial Architect of the Company's Next Stage of Growth

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the executive leadership team and lead the financial strategy of a growing services organization.

This is a true C-Level position for a senior executive who can combine financial discipline, strategic thinking, operational rigor, and strong business judgment to support profitable growth and long-term value creation.

The CFO will work directly with the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team, serving as a strategic business partner and taking full ownership of the company's financial direction, performance, governance, and transformation agenda.

The adecuado candidate has significant experience leading service-based organizations, intangible products, recurring or complex commercial models, and has demonstrated success managing P&L; performance, turnaround initiatives, financial controls, operational efficiency, and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Financial Strategy

- Define and lead the company's overall financial strategy in alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and strategic advisor to the CEO and Board.
- Take full ownership of financial performance, business trends, executive analysis, and corrective actions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
- Provide clear financial insight to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
- Present financial performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board.
- Maintain executive accountability for P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, profitability, and financial health.

Financial Operations & Performance

- Oversee accounting,



treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, tax, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
- Strengthen financial processes, controls, governance, and management information.
- Drive cost discipline and operational efficiency across the organization.
- Lead CapEx planning, expense management, and financial coordination across business units.
- Develop financial KPIs and dashboards that provide management with clear visibility into business performance.

Governance, Compliance & Risk

- Ensure compliance with MX GAAP, applicable tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
- Lead readiness and compliance initiatives related to US GAAP, SOX, and international best practices, where applicable.
- Oversee internal and external audits.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure the integrity, transparency, accuracy, and consistency of financial information.
- Identify and manage financial, operational, and enterprise risks.

Strategic Growth & Transformation

- Partner with the CEO on growth initiatives, new business models, investments, and strategic opportunities.
- Support M&A;, due diligence, valuations, integration, and business case development.
- Evaluate pricing, cost structures, profitability, unit economics, and performance by business line.
- Lead financial transformation, digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Develop scalable financial systems and processes to support future growth.
- Challenge assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations that improve business performance.

Leadership & Organization

- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance organization.
- Recruit and develop senior financial talent.
- Strengthen succession planning and organizational capabilities within Finance.
- Promote a culture of accountability, accuracy, ethics, transparency, and analytical excellence.
- Position Finance as a strategic partner to the business, not simply a control function.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA, CPA, or advanced financial qualification strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant leadership responsibility.
- 5+ years in a CFO, VP Finance, Finance Director, or equivalent senior executive role.
- Proven experience managing full P&L; responsibility and complex financial organizations.
- Strong background in services, financial services, insurance, brokerage, education, real estate, professional services, or other intangible-product businesses.
- Experience in multinational companies, complex corporate structures, or high-growth environments.
- Strong knowledge of MX GAAP; experience with US GAAP, SOX, and international reporting standards highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in financial transformation, process improvement, restructuring, or turnaround environments.
- Strong understanding of cash flow, working capital, pricing, cost structures, profitability, and capital allocation.
- Experience with M&A;, banking relationships, corporate finance, and strategic investments preferred.
