We are partnering with a leading global automotive manufacturer to identify a Controlling Lead Specialist for its plant in Lerma, State of Mexico . This role will be responsible for cost controlling, inventory analysis, fixed assets management, CAPEX tracking, and financial reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in cost accounting, controlling, or manufacturing finance.
- Experience within automotive or manufacturing environments.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong Excel skills and ERP experience, preferably JD Edwards (JDE).
- Solid understanding of cost systems, inventory management, budgeting, and fixed assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update standard costs within the ERP system.




- Analyze inventory performance, BOM accuracy, and cost variances.
- Perform inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and month-end closing activities.
- Monitor vigente expenses vs. budget and provide actionable analysis.
- Manage fixed asset capitalization, depreciation, additions, and disposals.
- Track CAPEX projects and maintain investment reporting.
- Support financial reporting and drive continuous process improvements.
