As a Workday HCM - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will utilize a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance your strengths and address development areas. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. Responsibilities





Analyzing client needs to implement effective Workday software solutions

Providing comprehensive training and support for seamless Workday application integration

Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives

Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex business processes and develop innovative solutions

Developing and maintaining client relationships to understand and anticipate their evolving needs

Applying technical consultation skills to guide clients through Workday HCM projects

Managing systems project management tasks to validate timely delivery of solutions

Leveraging AI-human collaboration to enhance the implementation of emerging technologies

Creating and developing training materials to support client understanding and utilization of Workday applications

Engaging in business process modeling to streamline client operations and improve performance

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 3 years of experience of Workday product experience

Current pursuit of or an a Workday Pro certification

Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior

Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations

Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges

Excelling in AI-Human collaboration and emerging technologies

Developing training materials for enterprise software solutions

Managing systems project management with a focus on digital tooling
