Job Overview
Monitors the supply chain performance, identifies trends and risks, and provides recommendations to reduce risk, achieve efficiency and manage cost across the supply chain.

Job Requirements

Defining and coordinating the implementation programs, initiatives, and process improvements needed to improve the key strategic Supply Chain KPIs.

Coordinating and reporting regional indicators in achieving critical targets like revenue, inventory, overdue reduction, and freight forecast.

Collaborating with the local teams in driving lead time reduction programs and defining mitigation plans in case of deviation from execution targets.

Executing and utilizing Lean tools for continuous improvement and using advanced planning systems to optimize customer delivery and inventory performance.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Project Visibility & Coordination

Serve as the primary focal point for key factory-direct customer programs and strategic projects.

Maintain comprehensive visibility of customer demand, order status, production schedules, capacity commitments, and delivery milestones.

Consolidate and communicate project status updates, risks, bottlenecks, and recovery plans to BU Supply Chain leadership.

Develop and maintain project tracking dashboards and management reports.

Supply & Demand Management

Monitor customer demand signals and compare against factory supply plans.

Identify potential shortages, capacity constraints, material risks, and production bottlenecks before customer commitments are impacted.

Challenge assumptions and elevate gaps proactively.

Coordinate mitigation plans across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Logistics teams.

Production & Capacity Visibility

Participate in plant planning reviews, production meetings, and project reviews.

Maintain visibility on:





Production ramp-ups

Capacity expansion projects

Critical material shortages

NPI and customer qualification activities

Recovery plans for major supply constraints

Translate complex factory planning information into concise business updates for BU leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Build strong partnerships with:

Factory Planning

Master Scheduling

Customer Care

Sales

Procurement

Project Management

Engineering

Facilitate alignment between customer expectations and factory execution plans.

Drive accountability and follow-up on action items across functions.

Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or related field.

Experience

7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Materials Planning, Customer Operations, or Manufacturing Operations.

Experience working within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

Experience supporting large customer programs or project-based business is preferred.

Technical Skills

SAP

Power BI or other reporting tools

Advanced Excel

Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong business acumen

Ability to influence without direct authority

Executive-level presentation skills

Ability to work across general and regional teams
