Job Summary
To ensure that all nonproduction items are procured as needed.

Required Education And Experience.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

3–7 years of procurement experience, ideally in indirect categories

Experience in multi‑site or regional procurement preferred

Other relevant experience as deemed appropriate by the Company may be substituted for the requirements set out above.

Essential Functions

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories across the region.

Conduct market analysis to identify cost‑saving opportunities and supplier innovations.

Lead RFQs, RFPs, and competitive bidding processes.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and long‑term agreements with suppliers.





Monitor supplier performance using KPIs such as cost, quality, delivery, and service

Resolve supplier issues and escalate risks when necessary. o Support supplier consolidation and standardization initiatives.

Ensure procurement strategies align with regional and global objectives.

Support internal stakeholders with purchasing guidance and compliance. o Support urgent plant requirements, unplanned downtime events, and critical maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.

Support digital procurement tools and process automation

Contract & Risk Management o Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts.

Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and sustainability standards.
