We are currently looking for a motivated Credit Analyst to contribute their skills within a collaborative and supportive environment. Your Impact In this role, you will work closely with clients, providing guidance and support tailored to their individual needs. Your efforts will play an important role in helping clients move toward improved outcomes, while also supporting the company’s continued reputation for excellence. What will you do: · Develop and maintain data analysis and predictive models using Python and R to support business and risk-related decisions. · Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement. · Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide clear and actionable business insights. · Perform credit risk, portfolio performance, delinquency, and trend analysis. · Develop and evaluate predictive models to support risk assessment and portfolio management. · Automate data analysis, reporting, and recurring processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. · Use advanced Excel and statistical analysis techniques to interpret complex datasets and support business decisions.
· Translate data findings into clear recommendations for management and key stakeholders. · Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports, dashboards, and analyses. · Communicate findings and recommendations effectively in English within a primarily English-speaking work environment. What We’re Looking For: · Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. · 1+ years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, risk analysis, or a similar role. · Advanced proficiency in Python, R, Excel, and experience with Power BI. · Strong knowledge of statistics, financial analysis, risk analysis, and predictive modeling. · Experience analyzing large datasets, including credit risk, portfolio performance, delinquency, and trends. · Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken. · Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations. What we offer and important information: Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
Salary: $40,000- $45,000 pesos per month (gross salary).
