Job Summary

Entry level marketing position, responsible for category monthly analysis, performance and growth opportunities identification. Support internal CP administrative processes to execute marketing plans.
Additionally, this role contributes to the design, programming, and implementation of marketing solutions, automation scripts, and custom tools to streamline marketing workflows, data integration, and reporting efficiency.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

*Ensure all key elements for the agreed plans are ready and on time for execution.
*Support promotional packs development & people centric activations.
*Coordinate with CIC, Procurement and suppliers IMC plans execution.
*Execute in-store annual activity grid and co-working with Retail Marketing.
*Keep syndicated data and financial results updated on a monthly and quarterly basis.
*Support the category with analysis and recommendations.
*Design, develop, and maintain code solutions, scripts (using languages such as Python, SQL, or Google Apps Script),



and AI-driven tools/prompts to automate data extraction, report generation, content workflows, and optimization within the Marketing team.
*Identify opportunities for digitalization, operational automation, and the integration of artificial intelligence tools (such as Generative AI and Machine Learning models) to enhance marketing campaigns, audience insights, and brand processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

Basic experience as an Intern or similar positions 6-12 months

English advanced

Practical experience building marketing automation scripts, API integrations, or custom dashboards for marketing analytics.
Experience with Coding is a plus
Google Tools advanced management

Communication Skills

Ability to work under pressure
