Kraken is seeking a Head of Exchange Infrastructure to own the core exchange stack, including the matching engine and API layers. You will lead a small, independent team of product managers and work closely with engineering to deliver a single unified platform across products.
You will define the roadmap, set performance goals, and drive cross-functional alignment with risk, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability and low latency for integral markets.
