Essity is seeking an Operations Manager to drive performance at the plant leadership level. You will lead Process and Maintenance teams, champion TPM initiatives, and ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost targets are met while developing people and capabilities.
Role combines hands‑on leadership with strategic thinking, cross‑functional collaboration and involvement in productivity projects aligned with business priorities. Strong English skills and willingness to relocate are required.
