We are looking for a Resident Construction Manager (Offshore Oil & Gas) with proven experience in the management and supervision of construction activities within industrial plants and Oil & Gas projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project schedules, quality standards and safety requirements. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise all construction activities on site, ensuring safe and efficient project execution; - coordinate subcontractors, construction teams and site personnel to achieve project milestones; - monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project schedules and budget requirements; - ensure that all construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards; - interface with Engineering, Procurement and Project Management teams to support project execution; - review construction plans, work packs, method statements and technical documentation; - ensure compliance with HSE regulations,



company procedures and client requirements; - identify construction risks and implement corrective actions when necessary; - prepare construction reports and monitor site productivity and performance. Requirements: - Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification; - at least 10 years of experience in construction activities within the Oil & Gas sector; - proven experience as Resident Construction Manager, Construction Superintendent or similar position; - strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site management and project execution; - knowledge of international HSE standards and offshore safety procedures; - experience in managing multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors; - ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation; - previous experience on offshore platforms and marine construction projects is mandatory; - excellent knowledge of written and spoken English; Work Schedule: 5 days/ week – 10 h/day Sector: Oil&Gas; Función: Ingeniería / Proyectos Salario mensual bruto: > USD 10000 Tipo de empleo: Contrato por tiempo determinado
