Bonterra is hiring a Pooled Customer Success Manager to support a large portfolio of nonprofit and corporate customers in Mexico. You will engage customers at key milestones, drive product adoption, and maintain strong relationships through structured outreach and timely updates.
You will monitor health indicators, escalate risks when needed, and build foundational knowledge of Bonterra’s SaaS solutions to better assist customers. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
