We're a fast-growing HVAC Marketing & AI Automation Agency helping HVAC business owners scale through modern marketing systems, automation, and AI-driven solutions. We generate high-quality booked appointments and are expanding our sales team to close more deals at scale.

As a High Ticket Closer, your sole focus is closing qualified, pre-booked sales calls. You'll speak directly with HVAC business owners who have already expressed interest and have been qualified.

This role is idóneo for a confident closer who thrives in performance-based environments and wants uncapped earning potential.

booked appointments with HVAC business owners
Conduct Zoom sales calls using proven scripts and frameworks
Update deal stages, notes, and outcomes inside GoHigh Level (GHL)
Tech Stack You'll Use GoHigh Level (GHL) – CRM, pipelines, call tracking
Zoom – sales calls
Internal Slack / Team Channels
Comfortable with commission-only, performance-driven roles

Bonus: Experience in digital marketing, HVAC, home services, or agencies
