Job Title: Legal Intake Specialist

? Availability: Full-Time

✔ Fixed Schedule (non-rotating)

Candidates must be available to work one of the following schedules:

• Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM ET

• Monday to Friday | 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM ET

• Sunday to Thursday | 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET

About the Role

We are looking for an Legal Intake Specialist to join our team. The adecuado candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and experience handling high-volume calls while providing a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

? Handle inbound calls and online inquiries from potential clients

? Conduct intake consultations and gather client information

? Schedule appointments and assist with onboarding new clients





? Document case information accurately and process required paperwork

? Provide outstanding customer service and support

? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication

Requirements

✅ Advanced English and Spanish

✅ Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Call Center experience

✅ Strong communication and multitasking skills

✅ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

✅ Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
