Are you an experienced Program Manager passionate about driving New Product Development NPD from concept to mass production We are looking for a Program Manager NPD Operations to lead highimpact programs and process improvement initiatives in a worldclass manufacturing environment
In this role, you will lead crossfunctional teams Production, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Product Management, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance to ensure program execution aligns with scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead crossfunctional teams to define project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Manage endtoend program lifecycles for NPD, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor project milestones, mitigate risks, and drive rootcause issue resolution.
Prepare and lead formal project reviews and status updates with Senior Leadership.




Coach team members on the Product Development Process and project management best practices.
Travel up to 20 domestically and internationally as needed.
What Were Looking For
Education Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business.
5 years of Program Management experience, with at least 3 years leading crossfunctional teams.
Proven track record managing productcentric programs from concept to production.
Strong problemsolving, business acumen, and executivelevel communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management software tools.
Preferred PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Enterprise Excellence certifications experience with Agile methodologies.
