Key Requirements:

Language Proficiency: C1 English level (advanced/fluent).

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience (preferably with young learners).

Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, ELT, Pedagogy, or related fields).

Certifications: English Teaching Certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent).

Pedagogical Skills: Strong classroom management skills and expertise in lesson plan design.

Methodology & Tech:



Knowledge of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) and active learning methodologies.

Interpersonal Skills: Dynamic approach with active, effective communication skills.

Work Ethic: Strong commitment, reliability, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
