Genpact Ltd. seeks a Sr. Specialist in F&A; with ownership of the R2R process across journal entries, GL, reconciliations, and reporting. You will lead an accounting team—onshore and offshore—while ensuring GAAP/IFRS alignment, SOX readiness, and strong internal controls.
You will drive intercompany and fixed assets accounting, coordinate audits, and push transformation initiatives to improve efficiency in a hybrid Mexico setting. Fluency in English and finance qualifications are required.
