What You Will Do
-Coordinate international import and export operations.
-Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers.
-Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
-Monitor logistics KPIs and service levels.
-Lead and coordinate a small logistics team.
-Review logistics documentation, freight costs, and invoices.
-Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
-Support internal and external audits.
-Partner with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to guarantee product availability.

What We Are Looking For
-Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain,



or related field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics, foreign trade, or import/export operations.
-Advanced English (written and spoken).
-Experience managing customs processes and international transportation.
-Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
-Experience coordinating teams or leading logistics processes.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-SAP and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
-Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
-Negotiation and stakeholder management skills are a plus.
