About This Opportunity

Schedule

7:00am to 4:00pm - Monday to Friday

Salary

$31,000 MXN per month.

Responsibilities

- Review overdue and upcoming invoices with our clients and encourage payment.
- Ensure that all necessary and accurate receipts and documentation are available for payment reconciliation and to prevent rejections.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing concerns and discussing payment plans.
- Provide customer service.
- Generate weekly collection reports and ensure timely delivery to the relevant department.

Job Requirements

- Advance English is a must.
- Excellent attitude!!!
- Knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Detailed oriented/accuracy focused.
