TCS is looking for a D365 CRM Techno Functional Consultant
Work modality: Hybrid
(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week)
Job summary
- Actively participate in the blueprinting sessions to understand the business requirements
- Responsible for driving the requirements, analysing and proposing the best solution to customer.
- Responsible for the co-ordination between the TCS implementation team and business stakeholder to drive the solution in the right path.
- Responsible for requirement documents, process map, use case diagrams and workflow diagram.
- Lead the technical solution delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Fit/Gap Analysis – identify technical solution for gaps
- Create detailed technical architecture and design documents for customizations, integrations and data migration
- Participate in estimation for changes and enhancements to the system
Experience required
- Experience of working in onsite-offshore model Experience of preparing Knowledge based articles and standard operating procedures
- Exposure to IT service management processes and tools like ServiceNow
- Experience of working in Agile methodology
- Excellent communication
- Experience in Stakeholder management and collaboration
- Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines
- Microsoft certification desired
