About the role: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining technical architecture solutions and applications that meet business needs. You will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and technology partners to ensure solutions comply with Ferrero’s architecture, quality, and performance standards. You will also lead testing, implementation, and application support activities throughout the entire application lifecycle, ensuring proper operation and business continuity.
Main Responsibilities: You will design and develop technical architecture solutions and applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Ferrero’s technology standards.
Consumer & Commerce Platforms
Support initiatives across Consumer & eCommerce platforms, including: Product Information Management (PIM/PXM), digital Asset Management (DAM), B2B Commerce & Customer Portals, direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Commerce, CRM & Consumer Engagement (SAP CX), digital Marketing Technologies, brand Websites & CMS Platforms, integral Promotions & Loyalty Programs, shoppable Commerce.
Integration & Data Management
Support API-driven integrations between consumer-facing applications and enterprise systems.
Collaborate with architecture, integration, and data teams to define end-to-end solution flows.
Help ensure data quality, consistency, security, and compliance across platforms.
Platform Governance & Operations
Support platform enhancements, upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to testing, documentation, operational readiness, and support transition activities.
Assist with issue analysis and advanced troubleshooting activities when required.




Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and vendor solutions relevant to Consumer & eCommerce.
Support proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, and innovation initiatives.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve platform effectiveness across the region.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in technical architecture and application management, including solution design, testing, implementation, upgrades, Level 3 support, and technology project management, working closely with commercial teams and shopper-oriented digital platforms.
Knowledge of Service Management and SLAs.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and technology vendors/partners.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, effective communication, and strong organizational and collaboration skills.
Advanced/conversational English, considering interaction with international teams.
