Role Overview
We are looking for SAP FI Consultants to join a first-level SAP support service for a leading healthcare organization.
The adecuado candidates will have experience supporting SAP ECC/R3 environments, managing user-related requests, handling incidents, and providing functional support within SAP environments. Previous experience in the healthcare sector and multinational environments will be highly valued.
This is a long-term opportunity for professionals interested in operational SAP support, user interaction, and service-oriented environments.

Responsibilities
• Provide first-level support for SAP ECC/R3 environments.
• Analyze, classify, and manage incidents and service requests.
• Perform incident triage and escalate issues to second and third-level support teams when required.
• Support SAP user administration activities.
• Assist with basic SAP FI operational processes.
• Monitor and support interfaces, batch processes, and system operations.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Maintain support documentation and follow established operational procedures.
• Deliver high-quality support services to end users.





Requirements
• 1 to 2+ years of experience in SAP ECC/R3 support environments.
• Experience working with SAP GUI .
• Basic knowledge of SAP FI , including company codes, fiscal years, and period opening/closing activities.
• Experience with user and authorization management, particularly SU01 .
• Basic knowledge of PFCG roles and authorizations.
• Experience working with ITSM or ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow .
• Ability to manage high volumes of incidents and requests.
• Experience performing incident triage and escalation activities.
• Experience working with users with different levels of technical knowledge.
• Advanced English (C1 required).

• Previous experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience supporting hospital groups or healthcare organizations.
• Experience working in environments with multiple company codes or legal entities.
• Knowledge of IDoc monitoring, interfaces/EDI, and batch input processes.
• Previous experience in international support environments.
