Experience Level: Senior Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant – Workday Integrations to join our growing Workday practice. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting complex integration solutions across the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Workday integration projects and partnering with global stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions to support business and client requirements.
- Lead integration workstreams across Workday implementations, optimization initiatives, and support engagements.
- Build and maintain integrations using Workday technologies, including:
- EIB
- Core Connectors
- Studio
- Document Transformation
- Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
- Cloud Connect integrations
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct impact assessments and recommend scalable integration architectures and best practices.




- Support data conversion, migration, and reconciliation activities.
- Participate in design workshops and provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the Workday practice.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience working with Workday Integrations.
- Hands-on experience developing integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, SOAP, and related integration technologies.
- Experience working on Workday HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Benefits, or Financials projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

- Workday Integration Certification(s).
- Experience working in integral delivery environments.
- Exposure to middleware platforms and enterprise integration architectures.
- Consulting experience supporting multiple clients and complex transformation programs.
