ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Position Overview

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with 3+ years of professional experience.

The ideal candidate has a solid electrical engineering foundation, practical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to learn and adapt to different equipment, systems, technologies, and operational environments.

We are particularly interested in professionals who are proactive, self-driven, and comfortable learning independently when encountering unfamiliar systems or technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities may vary depending on the project and assigned area, but may include:

- Support the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of electrical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose electrical issues and identify appropriate technical solutions.
- Review electrical diagrams, schematics, specifications, manuals, and engineering documentation.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Assist with equipment inspections, electrical testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities to improve electrical system reliability, efficiency, safety, and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, operations, production, and other technical teams.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, procedures, and records.
- Learn new equipment, technologies, electrical systems, and processes as required by the project.
- Follow applicable safety procedures, engineering standards, and client requirements.
- Take ownership of assigned activities and independently research technical solutions when necessary.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline appropriate for the position.




- 3+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering or related technical functions.
- Good conversational English with the ability to communicate in a professional work environment.
- Practical experience working with electrical equipment, systems, maintenance, manufacturing, industrial operations, projects, or similar engineering environments.
- Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams, schematics, manuals, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies, equipment, and processes.
- Self-directed and proactive approach to learning and problem solving.
- Willingness and availability to relocate and work onsite in El Paso, Texas.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:

- Industrial or manufacturing environments
- Electrical maintenance
- Electrical distribution systems
- Motors and motor control systems
- Control panels
- PLCs and industrial automation
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- Sensors and instrumentation
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Equipment installation or commissioning
- AutoCAD Electrical or similar tools
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Continuous improvement
- Safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

- Mexican citizenship
- Valid Mexican passport
- Cédula Competente
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Good conversational English
- Willingness to relocate to El Paso, Texas
- Willingness to work 100% onsite
- Willingness to complete the TN Visa process
